Client Care Representative

Hello, my name is Eden, though your pet might know me better as the "treat lady." My journey in working with animals began in 2016 when I started volunteering with the Etobicoke Humane Society. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building shelters for stray cats and serving as a veterinary assistant with the Toronto Humane Society. Providing compassion and kindness to animals and their people is at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of animal care, I graduated from the Ontario Fire Academy in 2023 and am pursuing my dream of becoming a career firefighter in the near future.

When I’m not coordinating client care at the clinic or welcoming the lovely smiles that walk through our doors, I enjoy spending time with my cats, Bobby and Iggy, or focusing on my personal fitness.
