Maja
Client Care Representative
At our family practice, the saying “all hands on deck” applies without fail. From the age of four, I’ve ensured that each pet that came into the care of my family’s hospital was supplied with an abundance of belly rubs and treats. Like my brother Dario, lots of my free time growing up was spent helping our dad with procedures, eagerly awaiting instructions from behind the surgical suite window as to which ‘tube thingy,’ blanket or other supply to hand him. Nowadays, you are more likely to run into me assisting in exam rooms or at the front desk waiting to greet you with a smile and a pocket full of treats!
Unlike the rest of my family, my passions lie in education. I graduated from Glendon College with a bilingual certificate and an Honours Bachelor of Arts, majoring in French Studies. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Child Studies and Education at the University of Toronto’s OISE. If you don’t catch me at Chestnut Hills between classes, it’s likely that I’m busy chasing teaching internships around the world, rock climbing or picnicking in Toronto parks with friends!
